Love this store :-)! The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful…and it has everything we need (food, toys, bowls, grooming, etc)! I want to give a special shout out to Daniel who has been training my 5 month old puppy George. He is the best! George is developing great habits and growing into a very well mannered pup thanks to Daniel. If you need training for your pups, Daniel is the man!

Don’t waste your time and money getting your dog groomed here. When I first saw my dog she looked good and smelled great. We got home and I took a closer look and saw that her hair was uneven, her nails were not cut, and I don’t think they expressed her glands. She was finished in less than 1.5 hrs and I was told she behaved well. It seems like it was just a lack of effort. I live an hour away so I’m going to have to take her somewhere else to get her properly groomed. Waste of $100.

Highly recommend this store on San Felipe. The service is amazing and it's all thanks to the wonderful manager Mr. Jeffrey and Ms. Jane who is very helpful and knowledgeable. Jane is very welcoming. She provides outstanding customer service! Every time we visit the store and she's there she makes the atmosphere more fun and joyful. We love this store and hope that management can see and appreciate the amazing employee she is.

I love coming to this store in particular. The reason for it is because of the great customer service and the positive energy that Ms. Jane provides. Jane is a highly motivated and experienced professional. We are so thankful for the amazing customer service she gives. What an awesome store! We highly encourage management to consider her for an assistant manager position to match the outstanding service that the store manager Mr. Jeffrey provides. We recommend this store to everyone!

Love this place! Natural Pawz is the one-stop for all my dog Sasha’s needs. They have a great assortment of toys and treats. There was a point where she wasn’t eating regularly, and they helped me find her a dog food she now loves. Sasha also is regularly groomed at Natural Pawz, and leaves looking beautiful and happy. The staff here is amazing, and it shows that they truly love being there for you and all of your pets needs. Definitely check them out!
