We love Natural Pawz. Landon and I have had great times with the groomers. Routine is important, so Landon chose to see Heather every month. Landon loves his special time with her. Thank you for making Natural Pawz an exciting monthly adventure for Landon and me.

I have a deaf puppy and was nervous to get him groomed for the first time. He can be loud and hates to be crated up. The groomer was so nice and did such a great job with him! I even learned they have many dog clients with special needs. I received a full report on how he handled being in the crate and apparently he was enjoying himself in front of a fan to help dry him off. This will be my go to place for Loki from now on. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!

Natural Pawz at Sterling Ridge is a very special place. We are the lucky family with 3 dogs, but Arwen specially is very selective when it comes to choosing her kind of people. The Natural Pawz Sterling Ridge staff have always gone above and beyond to make our dogs - and us! - feel welcome and loved. Ms Claire has been our family groomer for almost three years now and we cannot say anything but good things about her and her professional skills; we feel very lucky to have her as our groomer. The store is clean, well organized and has great variety of top quality products. The sales attendants are not just good at running the store smoothly and in friendly manner, they also know their merchandise and are super helpful at providing you with good advice and tips when needed; they’re pleasant, extremely efficient and the heart of this store. —Personally, I feel Management does an excellent job at their hiring process because each and everyone in the store have good ability to communicate and interact with customers, and situations in a positive responsive manner.
