I can’t gush enough about how much I love this place. We’ve been bringing our dogs here for a while now (usually for nail trims and basic maintenance) but every time we come it’s a great experience. Every groomer there is wonderful, and they have all been so sweet and patient with our fur babies. (Same goes for the rest of the staff in the store, too!) I wanted to write a review finally because we just finished up taking our newest dog there for a full groom and I was beyond happy when they called me and said she was wonderful. I say that because she’s a rescue from a pretty bad situation and when we first got her she was incredibly shy and could not even be held. We waited a long time before even considering taking her to get groomed (she’s a long haired mix and definitely needs monthly grooming to keep her as beautiful as she is!) and even then we were still very apprehensive. She had come a long way already and warmed up to us, and was adjusting well with the rest of our pups, but was still shy and nervous around strangers. I made an appointment at a different groomer that was recommended to me but they couldn’t do anything to her besides a bath, so I was heartbroken because a) I felt terrible for subjecting her to something she may have not been ready for and b) that she wasn’t able to get the grooming she so badly needed. Fast forward a month or so later and we had decided to try again but this time we wanted to start small and just get her a nail trim at Natural, and even just with the nail trim they treated her like it was a dog of their own. They were super patient with her and I could hear them reassuring her and being so sweet to her the entire time. I decided to make a grooming appointment after that and was anxiously awaiting the phone call to see if she let them groom her at all. To my surprise they called and had nothing but wonderful things to say! They took their time with her and made sure she was okay the entire time, and she looks beautiful. I can’t recommend this place enough. Please do yourself a favor and take your pets here; they’ll feel right at home. 10/10!
