Atmosphere was nice everyone was friendly. But this is second time I have not been satisfied with my dog's haircut. I paid too much money to walk out with a frown on my face and it's cute as my dog was when I went in the door she wasn't cute to me at all when I came out. If what I suggested wasn't the correct thing offer a suggestion because I may not know exactly how to explain what I really want. And both times I've gotten the same result. Not happy will not be returning. Please take photo in in order to have your dog's haircut the way you desire. Maybe not enough experience I don't know.

Excessively pricey! We were contacted no less than 3 times during initial closure and limited reopening, soliciting for grooming appointments (businesses were hurting, I understand as a business owner.) When things reopened completely and we had time to bring our pup in, we remained loyal and made an appointment. WOW! STICKER SHOCK! Apparently Natural Pawz felt the need to pass down their lack of revenue stream to the customer. $107.00 for a low clip, bath with no perfume/bandana, and nail clip for a mid-sized pup! Prior to the pandemic $87.00. Gouging customers is NOT the way to win or keep business. We will not be back and will not recommend. Sad, as we liked the groomers.
