Very good treatment and staff dealing thanks ji

We're extremely dissatisfied with the care our mother received after her knee surgery. Despite paying nearly half a million for her treatment, she's experiencing ongoing pain and swelling three months post-op, which is beyond the expected 2-month recovery time. When she returned to the hospital, her concerns were dismissed, and we're told it might be unrelated issues. It's unacceptable that her complaints were ignored, and we feel she's not being taken seriously. The lack of proper treatment and care is appalling. We expect immediate attention to address her ongoing issues and improve her treatment plan.

Dr. P.S. Nagpal is the best robotic surgeon in India. He, is really good at this. He connects really well with his patients and do his best to relieve their pain. Hospital staff is really punctual and co- operative .Rooms are neat and clean, food is served on time and in a very well mannered way. We give 5 out of 5 Sarah to this hospital and highly recommend for knee surgery.
