Mystic Lobster Roll North Myrtle Beach

I've traveled all over, and lobster rolls are one of my favorite things to try. I've been eating them for over 40 years and consider myself a connoisseur of the lobster roll and the subtle things that make them great or boring. I had the pleasure of having the Connecticut Lobster Roll at this fine establishment. It was the best I ever had, and I have tried hundreds of them. The lobster meat was right from the ocean fresh with large chunks of claw and tail meat. Perfect portion size. The bread had that subtle toasted crunch on the outside with warm, perfectly raised dough on the inside. It was hollowed out just right and stuffed with tender lobster meat. It had the right amount of bread to lobster ratio. A big mistake places make is too much bread. Not so here. This place knows their rolls. And of course, it was finished with delicious butter that soaked into the lobster and inside of the bread without making a mess. I also recommend a twist on the Connecticut by adding mayo as well. Equally as tasty. This will likely be my only review on Google for lobster rolls. I have finally found the #1 roll in America. Do yourself a favor next time you find yourself in North Myrtle Beach. Get one or two of these rolls, grab an ice cold beer or an arnold palmer, and head down to the beach at sunset. You will never regret such a delicious pleasure in life. You only live once. I was not a lobster roll fan before getting my blt lobster roll from here. I'm going to go back whenever I'm in SC! Also, I was really tempted to get a second roll but I was full and leaving the next day. If you want a TRUE lobster roll this would be the ONLY place to go!!

One of the best lobster rolls I’ve ever had! Definitely coming back whenever I’m in town. Great family owned restaurant that was extremely clean. The staff create a friendly environment. Shout out to my man Tony that guys awesome!

GREAT LOBSTER ROLLS. This is NOT Lobster salad either. This is chunks of lobster meat including the claw. Well worth the price you pay. The menu has several items to choose from. I highly recommend the Yukon potatoes as well. We look forward to returning.

Ok!! Mystic Lobster Roll is open for business! I grew up in New England all my life. You come to know what real Maine lobster rolls are and this place nails it. That was fresh warm buttery lobster, on a warm buttery bun with a pickle and coleslaw for under $21 bucks! Anyone who thinks this is an expensive price for a lobster roll doesn't eat lobster rolls. If you can get a lobster roll anywhere in the country for under $18 then it isn't Maine Lobster. Just saying This place is going to knock it out of the park!! If you like Maine lobster and you like lobster rolls, you cannot miss this place on Main Street in the Kroger parking lot in North Myrtle Beach! I am already a regular. Today was only my first time there, but I will go there all the time. Absolutely fresh and delicious! Very friendly family. I'm not sure there's a better kind of restaurant to open up in this area. I don't know where else you can get a live main lobster roll and I don't care... because I have my place now... right here at Mystic Lobster Roll! God bless this family and the restaurant they run.
