Myself purchased 2 nos left and right zipper pressure foot, but it is not fitting to Merrit umbrella sewing machine. Myself asked them to take this zipper foot and give replacement. They denied and told me that if pressure foot not matching, file the rod to suit. All tailors know that It is a simple replacement in all kind of sewing machines, but their idea is instead of changing shoe to suit your leg, shape your leg to Shoe to suit. This kind of people are not customer oriented. Money Minded people. Finally myself put the zipper foot in their dust bin which was opened by me. For not opened they paid for me.
