I used the services of Murphy, Schisano & Rosado for the purchase of my first home. I am VERY satisfied with the services they provided. They were very responsive and, even though this should be the case with any legal team someone hires, I sincerely feel like they had my best interest at heart. Gisele and Betsy were absolutely stellar. I truly appreciate everything they did for me and my family during the process.

I have used this company more than once and have been satisfied each time. They are professional and keep you informed through the whole process. They answer all my questions and have even gone out of the way at times to help me when I didn't understand. I am very satisfied with the service I received and all at a reasonable price. unresponsive. Fails to confirm foreclosure information. Their firm was appointed to be a referee in a auction but fails to give the terms or details of the auction being cancelled. The firm was appointed and entrusted by the court to make sure a sale is conducted legally. They simply do not want to do their job. They should be removed off of the foreclosure list of firms that are appointed by the court. unethical practices and just down right lazy in my opinion. IN RESPONSE TO MR SCHISANO REPLY: Mr Schisano has been entrusted and appointed by the court to make sure this sale is conducted LEGALLY. meanwhile it is being done ILEGALLY and he is turning a blind eye to it. i have a clean and clear deed with NO LIENS on it that is filed in the county clerks office almost 2 years ago. The defendant he is foreclosing on is not even ME and does no longer own the property! But for some reason he does not read the documents. i even sent the law firm and MR schisano emails from the plantiff / bank attorney that the sale is postponed for 60 days to figure out this clerical error. BUT he is not reading it. my honest opinion is i think he may be incapable of practicing law at this point in his career. i wish him the best of luck.
