Amazing customer service! I had a backpack zip I needed to fix urgently. Nicole and Chris were super nice and got it fixed on the same day even tho they were super busy. Thank you so much!

First class service. Even went above and beyond to fix our luggage handles. Asked for 3 handles to be replaced and left both suit cases with them to fix. To our amazement, when we returned the owner said he didn’t want to leave the other handle not fixed so replaced all handles and even better didn’t charge any extra. Prompt service and went totally above and beyond to help us. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you

❌ZERO STARS 🚩 I’ve been bullied by the owner for this review that I had to report him to the Police MAJOR RED FLAG 🚩 If you value your suitcase or have any sense of quality control — AVOID THIS BUSINESS at all costs. I’ve been completely scammed. A DECEPTIVE BUSINESS pretending to be an Antler luggage repairer - listed on the Antler Website. BUT NOT USING GENUINE ANTLER PARTS. CONVENIENTLY, they stated WHEELS ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY which is a LIE. Forced to pay upfront $55.00 with a 5 week wait time reason being to order the original Antler part which was another LIE. What I picked up was an absolute disgrace this business is a SCAM! • The wheel was NOT an Antler part, as promised. • It was a completely different colour and size the area near the wheel was damaged. • They admitted they don’t even deal with Antler anymore and sourced the wheel “from Strandbags.” I will 100% state that wheel was never purchased it was a random wheel from thier workshop. • The $55.00 wheel appeared used, not new. • My suitcase was filthy when returned — The handle was so sticky I had stop in the middle of the shopping centre to wipe the entire suitcase with wet wipes. They took my money upfront $55.00, lied about ordering from Antler part , five weeks later refused a refund after fitting a mismatched, second-hand generic wheel $55.00. This is crooked business practice — deceptive, dishonest, and completely unethical. I am absolutely devastated and disgusted that a business can operate like this. I will be reporting this business to the ACCC and the Queensland Office of Fair Trading to ensure others are warned. I will also open a case with QCAT to recover my refund plus damages . I have read similar one star reviews on here, there seems to be a pattern by this business of dishonesty , recording conversations (is that legal) when ask for proof they don’t have any and like to blame the consumer for their substandard work ! The owner has also attempted to intimidate me - for posting this review , it was serious enough to get the Police involved. 🚩🚩DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. Save your money, your time, and your suitcase. After my negative experience with this business I opened a formal complaint with ANTLER LUGGAGE - as they referred this business - as an act of goodwill they sent me a new suitcase. ————————————————————————— GREAT NEWS - 19/11/25 fast forward three weeks. A very nice honest business “ADDWEST” REPLACED THE WHEEL on my original suitcase WITH AN EXACT ORIGINAL ANTLER COMPLETE WHEEL SECTION at a fair price and fixed it while I waited 5 minutes -check out the last three photos…

🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I need another star. I’ve been using Multi Services Robina for shoe, boot, keys and the wife’s handbags for years and always received exceptionally professional, good-humoured, honest and friendly service. Like it should be. Today was just next level joy when I thought I’d ask whether the dysfunctional fob made by a business that purports to service from the city to the coast as a master locksmith could be repaired. Nothing worked properly and the shonky business owner refused to repair both fobs that I paid a thousand dollars cash for. And that was the discounted price. In less than 30 seconds, John got it sorted for me! He then came out to the car park and had me test it and explained why it wasn’t working. It worked perfectly. He couldn’t believe the price I paid as a repeat customer in very good faith to an unconscionable rip-off merchant. I’ve always believed in leaving room for a miracle every day and this legend fulfilled it. John even refused to accept payment. John, you saved me the aggravation of a trip to the small claims court and restored my faith in human decency.
