You can immediately believe the other reactions...bad thing, which you can only compensate for the next time you order...while the menu card with the soft shell crab...is really unclear?? when you think about crab...you think not on rock hard fried dough...because I didn't taste any crab at all! They agree with me, but they can't do anything. It won't take long guys, you should also look for another job just like in Leeuwarden 😁👍🏼
Ordered several times this year, but now I'm done with it. Each time the order is delivered at least 20 minutes later than the time you can select when placing the order. Last time I was also promised compensation but never heard from it again, and this time it was again brushed off with a lame apology. “Sundays are a bit busier,” which is understandable, but don't let people select their own delivery time. Even had my food delivered once, they left it on my doorstep in the rain... I called twice to ask where it was, but here too I was told sorry and nothing more. Today again they fail in their service. It is certainly a shame that several customers indicate this in a review, but do nothing with it. I was supposed to receive a call from you, but no, I did not receive a call and now I have to find out again myself if I want compensation for your poor service...
Ordered here 3 times and on all occasions the food was great, didn’t had to wait but i ordered around lunch time. Friendly staff.
I like reading comments here. Its very funny how some ppl are absolutely happy and the other half is more than disappointed. For me I can only say that I barely waited 30min and got an awesome sushi mix and a more than delicious poke bowl.
