Movati Athletic

Susan N is a very good instructor. Her 20-20-20 classes are challenging. I've really enjoyed her step & sculpt. I have just started going to her bar class and have liked the different moves. Susan N in my opinion is a skilled well rounded fitness instructor.

I was considering signing up with this location, but after I entered the gym to learn about pricing, the front staff looked like they would rather chat among themselves than help me, a prospective customer. I am not encouraged to sign up with a gym that has a front staff that lacks customer service, because if this is any indication of how this gym runs then I would be wasting my money. Due to its location to home, I probably would have signed up on the spot but the staff probably could care less. Perhaps try greeting your prospective gym members with more enthusiasm and professionalism. I am feeling disappointed and will probably stick to goodlife because their level of customer service is what I was also expecting from Movati. Very disappointed. Treat prospective members like they are already part of your gym and encourage them you are the best.

I haven't been here and I'm being asked to pay monthly fees...

Once again we can go back to Movati South in London. I always have a better workout there. We moved out of London 9 years ago but it will always be my home club. I just feel like working out when I am there and it shows. We have tried another gym closer to home but it never feels right. Movati South, yes!

Needs improvement. Staff unclear about what is expected with new rules

Always great to have MOVATI back. Most friendly staff I have encountered at a gym to be honest. Keep up the good work !
