I had been alongwith my family and my friends stayed in Mountview resort Lonavala,service and location is perfect, away from buzzing city traffic, The staff is very cooperative. The food was very good and mouth watering. Front desk manager was very nice, caring and friendly.
Great Staff (Afzal Khan Pathan) i forgot my bag their they delivered it to my door steps without even asking extra money , in hotel also the service was very nice very supportive staff i was ordering till i think 11:00 -11:30 pm as well and they were serving happily ,clean rooms and nice pool as well
It was a great experience staying in Mount View Hotel . Nearby to the main market and all other points. Exceptional hospitality by the hotel staff. Food quality was good as well. Overall a smooth stay.
Excellent property and location. Food and staff service & behavior were phenomenal. Mall road is about 2-3 km from the resort. Rooms do give the feeling of any 3-5 star category hotels.
Location is good Rooms are okay but need some improvement Food quality needs improvement Venue is good for stay But walking outside hotel is difficult because of dogs outside the property
