No longer worth going to for laser hair removal. Adjusted their prices and wouldn't even honor prices for appointments made prior to the adjustment. Went from 170 ish to 400 dollars (399.99), and they had already been holding on to 50 dollars because they demand a down payment on their appointments. I understand cost adjusting for inflation or various other things, but suddenly going up over double on your pricing, 90% sure that's just shameless greed. Update: As of now, I've actually been reached out too, the moment their office hours opened up on Monday. They've told me they could honor the original pricing and offered me a free session for the trouble of cancellation and having to interact with other providers. I was pretty upset, but they were very patient and respectful me. Customer service done quite well I would say.

Mountain Pine Dermatologist has some of the most efficient and reliable providers and staff here in the Treasure Valley. The bedside manners is one of the best! I will always recommend this clinic.
Loved the nurse, loved the doctor. She spent time explaining treatment options and answering my questions. Skin check was very thorough - she used a special light to see everything well. They sent my RX order to the pharmacy before I even got home from my appt. Super clean office - close to home, great staff…glad I found them!
The whole process from the front desk on up was amazing. I truly felt heard. Was given multiple choices and NOT pressured. Loved the energy Avery and her assistant gave me. Thank you all for taking the time to help change my life in a better way. ❤️
