Go here at your own risk. I had a horrible experience. They overfilled my differential fluid. Almost causing bearing failure. It leaked all over my driveway. When I went back to let them know the service manager was talking at me and over me. I had to leave my chevy and find my own ride back to gypsum. I had to leave it for over 3 weeks.They only way I got any updates was if I went in. I couldn't get though on the phone and the voicemailbox was full. As I was walking up the same guy was now yelling at a staff member. The way this place is ran I don't plan on bringing my chevy back nor buying another one from here. Your better off going to denver or junction.

Vivi was so accommodating and helpful...she got me out of a pinch with my vehicle and was absolutely fantastic! Cliff in service was also wonderful! He took the time to come out and speak with me in order to properly diagnose what was wrong with my Tahoe. He was kind, knowledgeable and exceptional! I also spoke with Pierce (Sales Manager) and he took the time to look up information for me on the resale of my Tahoe. So friendly and extremely helpful! I would look to buying a new car through him next time I am in the market! The waiting room and dealership in its entirety was top of the line! Clean, comfy, fun!

Chris in the service department was amazing. He helped to diagnose my trucks issue quickly and had it into the shop and fixed the next day. They are slammed with repair work and he went above and beyond to get me taken care of. We’ve all had bad experiences with car dealerships - but these guys were top notch, professional and quick! We were traveling to Denver when our car broke down. We had our car towed to Mountain Chevrolet in Glenwood. They were awesome! Chris was great to work with and he made sure our car took priority in getting repaired since we were traveling. They had it repaired in one day and had one of their employees come pick us up at the hotel. We really appreciate everything they did for us. Everyone was so nice and the customer service was awesome! That is hard to find nowadays. We will definitely recommend this dealership.

Adam worked with us for months to find the perfect car. He wasn't pushy if we couldn't afford the monthly payments like alot of sales people. Stephen, the sales manager, made sure all of our needs were being met and Yasmin, the women who helped us with financing, was super accommodating. 10/10 would reccomend

Today we had an appointment to check out a Chevy traverse. Traded a vehicle in. Everyone was very welcoming. Building was organized and clean. Front desk girl greeted us right away and got us someone right away. Was the fastest process I’ve ever had buying a vehicle paperwork wise. Kennedy was our sales girl! She’s awesome always checked in to see how we were doing. Great personality, professional and hard worker. Pierce was the assistant manager was very helpful and always checking in on the process. Michael was financial dude he was great as well. Speedy service explained everything to where we didn’t have any questions really. Everyone was amazing so glad to become a part of this Chevy family.
