Motorserve Tullamarine

Zero stars… Picked up my car late on the 4th of May, the next day 5th May I went over all the repairs in the daylight. Sub par job, didn’t repair all damage and installed incorrect parts. Went back in person on the 5th, got the “we’re sorry we’ll speak to the repairer and call you back next week” Two weeks later and still no call back so I phone them on the 19th May. “We are still waiting to hear back from the repairer, we’ll call you early next week” 2nd June, still no return call so I phone them again. “We’ll follow up with the assessor and get him to call you next week” It’s now the 4th of July and I still haven’t received a call back to fix the issues. They are quick to take your money but when there’s issues no one wants to be accountable for it. I would avoid this business at all costs if you could.

Bad experience at motorserve Tullamarine site. Brought in my car for repair, being told by the assessor that the rear bumper will new to be replaced as it is not repairable due to its texture. Came collection day, I’ve noticed that the finishing and texture of the bumper bar is totally different to its original form. When asked I was told they have it repaired instead. Quality of the repair is appalling. If the repair can’t be done to its original state then it’s deemed non repairable and should be replace. I can’t believe they can go ahead with the repair knowing the result is being compromised

Great service centre with car rental service! My car got fixed within a week with decent quality!!!

Everything was like clockwork! From handing in the accident vehicle, to getting the replacement car, and the accident repairs! Amazing work! Sane again when collecting the accident car after repairs! Well done, team!

Really impressed with my repair on my car, Amy was very helpful and bubbly, i was very stressed after my accident and not having car, but now im very happy with everything.
