Motorserve Preston

Quick repair, ours only took four days, but the new front panel doesn't fit the best. If you have the time they will revisit it, but that's another day hanging around. Coffee in the waiting room is very nice.

Car was booked here via RACV insurance repair. After seeing the reviews online we were incredibly sceptical. Even attempted to change repairer but was unable to. With all that said Motorserve Preston did a fantastic job on our car. Repairs were immaculate. They were very prompt and efficient. Very happy.

Recently had my repairs done through the guys at Motorserve Preston. Elvis was great and showed expertise in addressing any concerns I had in the initial assessment process. Picking up my car after repairs went relatively well, I had a few queries regarding alignment and connectivity of one of the parts and Archie was helpful in ensuring I had it double checked and reassured that all was in top nick. Receptionists were also helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the process. Only downside is calling the contact number, as I called around 3x in throughout the morning during operating hours before I could reach someone, and was unable to leave a message as their inbox was full.

Service was terrible, took 5 months to finalise repairs even though it was only a bullbar replacement . I understand why our premiums are so expensive when insurance companies are using these useless third party companies. However this experience was only through the Preston office, I’ve dealt with the Epping Branch and they were great

Does anyone at Motorserve Preston ever answer the phone? I've been told several times over the last two days that my call is valuable and hang on, only to be told that no one is available to take my call. Left a call back number to no avail and Can't get an online response either. So can someone please get back to me about my assessment for my RACV claim ? On second thoughts, don't bother
