Amazing service provided by everyone at Motor Serve Port Melbourne from reception staff to assessor’s and repairers as well as Avis hire car staff providing a hire car conveniently within same business to make my stressful insurance claim much easier. Other than the patchy customer service/miscommunications (making it hard for a new customer to navigate), I had a great experience with these guys. Ben was particularly helpful and friendly, and kept in good contact. My repair was done in 2 days which I was so wrapt about as I’d asked them if this would be possible. Shout out to the repair team - they did a wonderful job and even gave my car a clean. Overall a decent experience for a first timer! 🌟

Recently I put in a claim with RACV for damage made to my car by two unknown, gutless individuals. RACV recommended Motorserve, which was conveniently close to my home. Motorserve are situated in Thistlethwaite St [but have garages in other states too], in an unassuming white and blue garage/building.The professional and pleasant staff follow strict COVID-19 guidelines once you enter their office. One of the office staff, a lovely lady, checked my car with me, drew lines around the damage, discussed the processes and possible time frames, then ordered a free Silver Top Taxi, to take me to the car hire company. I was also given a return voucher for the same taxi company. A streamlined and stress free process. I was impressed by the quality of the repairs on my car and how it looked brand new again. Thank you to the panel beaters who worked their magic on my car. There is a lifetime warranty on their repairs. I highly recommend Motorserve as a reliable company to choose when in need of car repairs and panel beating. Thank you.
