Honestly was a bit sceptical, after looking at all the other google reviews. But unfortunately my experience with this RACV referred panel shop was much less the same. Having good customer service skills, could have made me less disappointed with the overall experience. But I guess thats hard to come by...
First time there and having everything all there was super great. The staff were friendly and also funny. Keep up the good work
Had a little dig about pet hair on the floor when I don't own an animal but apart from that my car looked great, the higher car was awesome and you can get a free coffee whilst waiting. Nice and friendly people.

Was asked for a contact phone number when I left my car with them, however was not contacted when car repair is done. Instead they claim that they called the number registered with the insurance company, if that's the case, why bother asking for my number? Also told us they can arrange taxi for us when dropping off the car, but nobody answered the phone for 1 hour before I try to pick up my call, so have to arrange transport to pickup by myself.
