Had a very good experience with my vehicle here thanks to the help of the Motor Service team staff. These amazing people kept me well informed in regards to the repair works. The staff we're very friendly, approachable knowledgeable for the job they assigned to and very professional. The place is ver clean and staff are very supportive. They also lend me a car via AVIS for a few days while my car is on repair. They also informed me when the car has been fixed and ready to pick up earlier than originally scheduled. Couldn’t be happier with the service and an amazing experience. Many thanks to all. Highly recommended 👍😊

If you would like to get your car repaired at a place where the pick up date is constantly extended and no communication this is the place to go! My partner and myself were given three different dates that the car was going to be completed by and every time we had to chase up to find out if it was ready and were told no it will be ready next week. After a 7 week wait for the car to actually go in and be repaired they had my car two weeks longer then original told. If there was more communication there wouldn’t have been a problem but the only way anything was chased up by them was by us chasing them about when it would be ready.

We recently had a car accident which needed our car to go in for repairs at Motorserve in Epping. We were very fortunate to deal with Jade who provided us with exceptional service. We advised her that we were going to be away on vacation, and she was able to accommodate us with drop off before our trip, and pick up after our return this morning. Jade made sure that our car was repaired to a very high standard and to our absolute satisfaction. She was very professional and precise with all the information we needed. I dont wish to have another car accident, but if I do, I know exactly where to go and whom to see!

Zora, the receptionist is very friendly, promptly responded to my request, explained clearly what I needed to know. Car inspector is also very friendly. The repair is excellent! The repaired parts look like brand new ones. Renting car services are fast and well organised. Thanks AVIS and RACV for your nice services. Thanks for your exceptional repairing skills and efficient services. I would definitely come back to the company again whenever I got problems (fingers crossed NOT! Hahaha!).
