Everyone from the reception team to management and the guys in the shop did everything possible to make the job as easy as possible for me. And the car came back looking like I just bought it brand new. Thanks team I’m one really happy customer

Had no issues, was given a hire car, my car was ready within the specified time. Staff friendly and helpful.
When I dropped off my car yesterday I was greeted by two lovely men in the worked shop. After discussing my policy and how I’m entitled to a hire car The older gentleman who seemed to be a supervisor advised the girl at reception to book me a taxi to go and pick up my hire car which was booked for me from budget Because there was no available cars at the work shop at that present time. The girl at reception with short blonde hair was not only rude but very condescending when she spoke to me. She said we can’t book you a taxi because you don’t have that benefit….. Ummmm well I do I pay my insurance my policy clearly has hire car on it And it’s not my problem they had no hire cars at that time. The issue I had with this girl is that she was advised to book me a taxi however she was more focused on being right and proving a point and speaking to me in such a condescending way rather then doing her job and putting the customer wants and needs first and helping them to the best of her ability It cost me $15 in an Uber to go pick up the hire care… it’s not about the money it’s the principle…..
Took my car today for accident repair. The other party already accept the fault. But when i took my car there today. The inspector question the damage. Im like what. He said its not consistent. I told him that the other person already admit to be at fault. So i told him im don't trust him. And drove off. This is RACV choice repairer . I complain to racv.
The girls at the reception desk are hopeless. Never answer the phone, and never call back as well. My husband had to ring them 10 time to find out when the car will be ready to pick up. Finally they answered the phone around 4pm and told him to pick up the car before 4.30. Such a ridiculous place. They have no clue what they’re doing.
