I bought my car from motorpoint in Oldbury Birmingham but had to come to Manchester for a replacement registration plate. I can't explain how nice and friendly all the staff are. I was greeted by a polite young man who even offered me a drink whilst I was waiting. It's great to see that even after I have bought the car they are still going out of their way to help me. I had a look around the cars that were in stock whilst waiting and a member of staff asked if there was anything they could help with, when I told them I didn't need anything they just left me alone which is exactly what you want when looking at cars! Overall a great experience and I will be back here next time I need a car!
Surprisingly quick and easy process selling my car to them. Only thing I would point out is that the process was never explained to me. I booked an appointment after doing an online valuation expecting to go and have the valuation confirmed or altered but the appointment was to sell my car there and then. But they gave the best price by far and the customer service once there was excellent.
Just sold my beloved Honda to Motorpoint. From first contact on entering the compound and talking to the security guy realised that this wasn’t your “usual crooked ‘motor dealership. The gentleman who dealt with me was extremely pleasant and of such good character and immediately put me at ease. Very satisfied with the whole experience and the instant bank transfer . Thank you!
I collected my new car on Monday from Motorpoint. Everything was so easy and straight forward. My chosen car was in Derby - it was delivered to Manchester really quick so I could view and collect! I had my fabulous new car within 6 days of enquiring. Ryan was amazing when I arrived, the handover was a great experience and I couldn’t be happier with my new car.
