I recently had the pleasure of visiting a dealership that had an amazing collection of motorcycles, all separated by brand. From the moment I called about the Yamaha MT09 SP, I was impressed with the level of service I received from Katherine M. She was able to provide me with all the information I needed over the phone as well, and when I arrived at the dealership, I was able to find her easily. Katherine was full of energy, very friendly, and exceptionally professional. She took the time to show me the bike and answer all of my questions without ever pushing me to make a purchase. We had a great time, and I was really happy that Katherine was the one who picked up the phone and helped me. Even when I had a little problem, she was able to find a way to fix it. She was truly an A+ in all fields. While the dealership was on the expensive side even after negotiations, I found that they had exactly what I needed, so I had to accept the cost. I also received great assistance from Drew S., who was also very experienced. Overall, I want to thank everyone at the dealership for their help in getting me this rare and special bike. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great selection of motorcycles and exceptional customer service.
Just purchased a Z900 from here and have to say it was one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences I’ve had. I dealt with Johnathan, he was knowledgeable, honest in his opinions, and politely kept in touch while I was making my decision. There was never any pressure, and whenever I had questions even regarding pricing and other fees involved he was always upfront and transparent. Alan who did the financing didn’t try to push ‘extras’, he professionally presented the options to pick and choose at my discretion which I really appreciate. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
I had such a great experience buying my first brand new motorcycle, a 2023 Kawasaki Z900, here (second bike). My rep was Slim and the minute I walked in the door I felt no pressure and it genuinely felt like I was dealing with someone who cared that I left the dealership happy. If you’re in the market for a new bike, Motorcycle Mall has bikes for everyone and will not let you down!
Great motorcycle store to browse around various brands. They have most of the top brands but no demo is a let down. Katherine was super helpful in providing us the options for a new beginner motorcycle. She was patient and no sales pressure which we liked. 👍 Definitely recommend reaching out to her in this dealership. Unfortunately the motorcycles here are overpriced and the managers were not open to negotiate a good deal even for a cash payment. We were lucky to not close the deal here and saved over $800 with another dealership without even negotiating. 🤷
