Andrew, Larry & Jade made my purchasing experience positive. I was able to do a test ride, ask my questions without feeling lesser and they were nothing but supportive. I also received excellent support from Arles, Larry (again) and Moe F. on a follow-up item. Really enjoy working with the staff at MotorCity. They are very helpful.

Stopped in to get a detail at Motor City Harley Davidson but the detailer wasn't available, so I asked for a quick bike wash. Ant (Service Dept.) informed me that bikes are usually only washed after a service, or if the Angels were washing bikes out front, which were they were not. However, he called the bike wash team and asked if they could take on another bike, and they said come on back. Mike, Louie, and Carson did a great job on my bike. These guys are ready for the detailing training you provide. They were the epitome of teamwork. Motor City...you have three winners here! Throw a couple more dollars in their paycheck:) They Do It Big!

Andrew and Larry were great. I know their job is to sell bikes but they really do a good job at making you feel welcome and appreciated. I also took the rider academy with Ronnie and Chris G. and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The instructors were just strict enough to get the point across but nice enough to show they actually care. 10/10 nice inn guys.

Moe was awesome! The other staff too! I really felt like my purchase was unique, and that I wasn’t just another motorcycle sale. The dealership makes you feel special and appreciated for giving them your business. Definitely a place I recommend to other buyers. This is my first Harley bike, and I’m really happy with the experience I had with all the staff members.
