Moose Pharmacy is truly the best pharmacy I have ever done business with. All the staff are professional and courteous and never make mistakes in filling my prescriptions. I love how I can talk to a real person when I call. They always greet me in the most friendly manner and are so very helpful, going above and beyond what I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. Kudos to the Moose Pharmacy staff in Mt. Pleasant.

We usually have an excellent experience but we were needing eye drops after my father’s recent eye surgery. I tried to get some last week but the after hours voice said it was too soon to order. I ordered Thursday and they had to be ordered. They were back ordered on Friday. No one told me they didn’t come in. I called and was told you would ask the Dr if something could be substituted. No one told me the Dr said no. The eye center contacted us and I found sone drops at a CVS. I was concerned because it was Friday and we are trying to keep my father from going blind. He could not run out of these drops that he takes every 2 hours

They used to be the best pharmacy around .I dont know what happened i was a die hard customer for years and years I had to go. every month there was issues with my medication I wish things could go back to normal I would go back if it was the employees are good people I think they got to busy to fast and might be over worked I think they are trying they are just not together like they once was i sure do miss them I am not sure if hiring more people will even help they are growing and thats hard on any company yes I have seen some employees get mean there but ya know maybe they don't understand why people are upset miscommunication i think is the big issue they do seem to care deep down im hurt but I do want to go back when things change maybe we can encourage them and see them take pride as they once did its hard when changes are made
