Shame on Moose Pharmacy for their horrible decision to “partner” with big tree medical home, the owners of big tree are extremely unethical and immoral, they only care about money. There are so many better choices for direct pay medical clinics in both Monroe and Charlotte. Go to mapper.dpcfrontier.com to quickly locate a better option, there are at least a dozen. Please please please do your research before settling for this low quality joke.

We were there for my oldest child’s vaccine appointment and my 2 year old needed to use the restroom. We are repeat costumers and the only person using the restroom was going to be my toddler. The refused to let him and sent me running all the way down to tailgators in the rain with my two small children. I was not a customer of tailgators, today but I was of the pharmacy. Had this pandemic made us lose all of our humanity and empathy?
Joe, Ashley, and all the associates there are consumate professionals. Prescriptions never take longer than 15 minutes to fill, and checkout is always a breeze. Would so much rather give my business to Faulkner's Drugstore (now Moose Pharmacy) than Harris Teeter, CVS, or Walgreens. Love how they have hard to find items like Calmoseptine, and other items. Highly recommend Moose Pharmacy in Monroe. I actually drive by about four big store pharmacies to get to Moose just for their customer service.
