I feel these people are frauds. The one big red flag is. They want you to pay them the county fees for a deed transfers and they will pay the counties. I’ve talked to a handful of people who had trust done by attorneys, and the attorneys did not make the payment. you did, you made separate payments to the counties involved. When I told him I didn’t wanna do that he told me that they could not do business with me. I have 3 property's which totals about $800.00 in county fees I can’t even find out online how long they’ve been in business. Be careful

I must admit I was reluctant to call a company from an advertisement on a telephone pole, but I am so glad I did! The owner Brad Ball has developed an outstanding quality business to save people from getting overcharged by attorneys for Living Trusts packages. What sold me after talking with Brad was, he wanted no up-front money until he delivered the Trust package. After spending about twenty minutes on the phone with Brad and just a few days later I was pleasantly surprised to receive an absolutely beautiful leather bound Living Trust package with a table of contents, letters of explanation and divider tabs for each section. I have never seen anything like it. No one should be without a Living Trust package if they own home. Thank you, Brad, for all your time, expertise and care you provided to my family.

All I can say is WOW! Bradley was unbelievably helpful and explained the entire Trust Package not only in detail, but in a manner that was very easy to understand. He was thoughtful and truly cares about his clients and their wishes, while at the same time advising you of circumstances that might arise during the process. We dealt over the phone because of COVID, and he was available any time we requested, answering questions and concerns we had. Bradley is very knowledgeable in his field and makes you feel confident in the decisions you have made. I highly recommend Bradley and Monday Morning Trust for all your Trust needs.
