Just want to thank the staff at Momentum Health for helping me with a spondylolisthesis L5-S1 or in short a broken back! From the time you walk in to thier room's you feel very warm, welcomed & comfortable. The staff go out of thier way to make sure your aches & pains are tended to in a very professional manner. They are skilled in so many areas of the body, you can be sure they will take care of you! I have been fortunate to have seen all the staff members over the year's & would highly recommend them to anyone👌
