First experience very worst experience. 1st time I giving my motorcycle service in mohana motors Velachery, very worst experience, not proper response, not even check the given complaints , if any parts not available they are not intimating customer. They only giving delivery after coming they taking vehicle to waterwash, even wasterwash and polish also very bad....not satisfied with ur service,hereafter try to give better service.

I bought a scooty and had zero knowledge in it. As the sales man and the respective person were very genuine I was able to pick the scooty which I actually want with proper knowledge. Their follow ups really help me to proceed with the further procedures that should be done after we buy the bike. The only disappointment is when they deliver my scooter my scooter doesn't start and a slight scratch is there on the body. Then they rectified and it took half an hour and all my excitement towards my new vehicle was gone. When to buy just have a look at all these. But that was just my starting disappointment but now it runs well and I'm looking forward to my first service! Thanks!
