I am extremely pleased with this company.. Both TJ and Robby are the ultimate professionals. I am so lucky to have found such honest and conscientious people. Today Robby came to inspect the work done yesterday. He climbed on the roof and took photographs. He checked the yard for any pieces that have fallen. He used a magnet sweeper to make sure nothing was left in my driveway. A great company indeed.
This was our 1st time working with MLM and our project manager Robemar Sabas, and project consultant Jeff Thurston made this go as smooth as it could have. Everybody responded timely to both texts and emails. My wife and I were kept up to date and in the loop throughout the entire process. We never had to call and ask for updates or dates, between their communication and the scheduling department we were well informed. Everyone worked quickly and had the entire job completed within the day. The crew did well not to damage any property on or around the home, and they cleaned up well. Aside from the great work that was done you wouldn't know they were there. Overall highly recommend MLM for roof work and siding!
MLM did a wonderful job installing my new roof. Dealing with the project managers Rocky, Robby and Jacob was a great experience, they answered every question I had and kept me informed of every step of the process. The install was done in one day and my new roof looks amazing!! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new roof!!
Thomas Walter was my project manager for the work. He and his team did excellent work. Thomas also took the time to return the week after to help me with an issue that did not have anything to do with the roof but something I had asked for help with while they had ladders at my home. It was to tack up a piece of siding that had come loose. Great work MLM!
MLM Home Improvement LLC - Towson did an outstanding job! They helped guide me through my insurance to repair my old roof from storm damage, my trim from rot, and my gutters that were falling off of the house. ToShawn was my consultant and Robby was my project manager. Both individuals were personable and knowledgeable; I was always in the loop, great communication. I’m very pleased at the speed and quality of the repairs. I would highly recommend this company!
