There’s been such an improvement on up keep of the property! Trash is maintained so well and employees actually get here on time! I’ve been here for almost 3 years

Horrible! A vacuum, shopping cart, and bag of trash has been sitting outside of my Mom’s apartment for a long time now. This place is disgusting and no once in the office cares. Don’t be fooled by the pretty photos of this place online. Don’t live here…run!

It used to be okay, but recently it seems there is rarely any one around, and when there is they don't seem to care. Don't count on being able to do laundry here, even when the laundry room is open there is a good chance you won't even be able to pay with their antiquated system, or the machines will just not work after taking your money.

DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!! RUN FAST, RUN FAR! There isn't even one maintenance person employed here and EVERYTHING is falling apart and joke! The 2 in the office know ZERO about property mgmt and one has an attitude to boot! Seriously? We went almost 2 weeks with no A/C and that included 4th of July wknd! Twice they ordered the wrong size unit! Ugh! How is this place still collecting rent with any conscience?! The list of atrocities is so long I don't have words! Stay away from here!

Apartment was nice for a decent price, but the office staff were horrible they never answer the phone and take a way longer lunch then needed. Manager as well as the other staff were very rude and made you feel like a bother going in and asking a question. The pool was hardly ever opened and when it was it was disgusting and dirty, as well as the gym that was being “remolded” for months would not recommend for anyone.
