I had a terrible experience at this tattoo shop, and I regret ever setting foot in there. First of all, the artist who worked on my tattoo, Nate Grigsby, has left the company due to "ethical issues." I found out about this only after receiving a subpar tattoo that I am now stuck with. The tattoo itself is a complete disaster. The lines are uneven, the colors are all wrong, and it looks nothing like what I had in mind. It's evident that the so-called "artist" lacked the skill and expertise needed to create a quality tattoo. I'm not sure if Nate was the only one with such issues or if it's indicative of the overall lack of talent at this shop. Furthermore, the customer service is appalling. When I reached out to the shop to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, they coldly informed me that they don't issue refunds as part of their policy. It's absurd that they won't take responsibility for their own artist's incompetence and instead put the burden on the customer. It's clear that this shop prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction and quality work. I strongly advise anyone considering getting a tattoo here to think twice and find a more reputable and skilled establishment. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment that I had to endure. Overall, I would give this place zero stars if I could. I will never return, and I hope others heed this warning and avoid this place at all costs.

Be aware artist they lie theu there teeth no one there has worked in a tattoo shop before.. th owners Chris and kylee are scam artist that will pretend they Wana help you out and the minute you don't they lie and make false reports to the police and try to get u arrested.. this shop is a joke and DO NOT WORK THERE OR GET TATTOOS THEY WATCH YOU TUBE AND INK MASTER FORNTIPS TO TATTOO.. Customer service is great and very friendly

This place has the worse reputation in town, Marcie scars people and it’s a very shady business. They seem nice at view but idk if I’m at a tattoo shop or brothel. They just care about money and not quality. Not at all custom shop, the get what you get is just a gimmick and another version of a flash rack. When I was there I felt like the male owner was pimping the females out, he was very creepy. The only shops I would go to in town are evolved and Intricate.

My sister and I came in and saw Kyla for a variety of tattoos and she did a great job on all of them! My constellation freckles are the perfect color and placement, our hearts turned out perfect, and my sister's white music note is so clean! We walked in and didn't wait long at all before Kyla was ready for us. We will definitely be back in the future! Quick, clean and great work all around and with a fun atmosphere too!

Everyone is great here. The owners really care about all of their clients and help out anyway they can. I’ve gotten one piercing, one small tattoo, and am in process of getting a sleeve done. The only bad thing is my tattoo will be done soon then I won’t have an excuse to hang out anymore. 42/10 stars!

Amazing experience! Everyone who works there is spectacular and so welcoming. Brian did a cover up for me and it is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!! So happy!!

Thank you Pedro for my Autism Awareness and Acceptance Puzzle Piece tattoo. I absolutely love this to show support for my child on the spectrum. Putting it on my hand to be a conversation piece will mean more people will see it and start a conversation on the subject!
