I cannot recommend Misfits highly enough. I fully submersed my nearly brand new on-call (work) iphone in water and thought I was going to have to pay for a replacement. Misfits was able to diagnose its problems within one hour and fix multiple, significant issues within 48 hours- for a SHOCKINGLY low fee. These guys are amazing and literally saved me a thousand dollars. Thrilled to have found them, and will definitely be using them on all my electronics repair needs from here on out. Probably even a half a star. Horrible service. I took my computer in with a touch screen and when I got it back it had been completely wiped off my computer. All they had to say was “Well you don’t have one now “ was it really important to you. Never taking anything there again. I wouldn’t take a remote control there let alone anything else. Wasn’t going to post anything because it was a while 2years ago. But still angers me to this day.
