After receiving many quotes from pool companies we chose Miromar Pools. The hospitality that Leo and Nema showed us when they came out for our free estimate was unlike anything we had experienced with anyone else. They truly heard us and what we wanted and expected and made it happen. We had a budget in mind and they worked very hard to give us everything we wanted in that price point. What most companies charge you extra for, it is a standard in the construction for their pools. We asked to delay on starting construction until we knew the materials would be in for completion and they honored that. They were very helpful through the whole design process and explaining every detail so we fully understood. The work from every member of their team was precise and beautifully executed. They did not try to hurry and cut corners at any point. I have already shared their contact information with multiple friends and family who are looking to have a pool or hot tub installed. Towards the end of the process, Leo was in contact with us almost daily to make sure we were happy and if there was anything else we needed. At any time during the process we could pick up the phone and ask any questions. Although I felt like I was bothering them, never once did they seem to mind receiving a phone call from us so we could better understand any of our concerns. We are beyond excited to head into summer with our new backyard oasis.

They had best Price & Options for us to pick, like Color changing lights & Travertine which other companies didn't offer to us. Miromar Pools gave us a schedule to follow and they were always on time. Erika The Owner, Berta our (Pool Rep) and her team were very professional and easy to talk with about any questions we had.
