My husband Craig has Miracle Ear Hearing aids that we purchased several years ago when we lived in Wisconsin. When we moved to Maui, he said he needed to go get them checked out as they were no longer adjusted for him to hear properly. We called Miracle Ear and made an appointment with the hearing specialist Raquel. We went in and were greeted with a cheerful hello from Jean the receptionist. My husband has Parkinsons and I had trouble getting his transport chair in the office door. Jean came out and helped me get him "over the hump". Raquel was very nice and very knowledgeable about hearing loss and explained how our ears work. I had never heard an explanation so detailed. My husband and I were very impressed. We are definitely recommending Raquel to all our hard of hearing friends! They need to go see her. Sharon Locey

Miracle Ear Maui has a very clean and friendly Atmosphere. Their office is very clean and seems to follow all the CDC protocols which keeps me and my family safe when visiting the office. The staff is very friendly and professional they’re always willing to answer any questions you may have. Raquel the hearing specialist is very knowledgeable in my hearing needs. I felt very comfortable with the process, she walked me through it step by step. The hearing aids are a bit pricey but keep in mind that you can’t put a price on your hearing loss! I received advertisement in mail offering a $100 coupon for getting a hearing test. No coupon was provided even after I called and emailed at least three times. There was always the promise it would be emailed but never materialized. Just a warning about that fraudulent promise.
