I have had my new hearing aids for about a month now and am so happy with them. I wish I had tried Miracle Ear 5 years ago when I was diagnosed with my hearing loss. I have worn them every day since getting them; which is something I seldom did before. I guess you could say "I'm One Happy Camper".

They Had to cancel .
It's not that I hate the place it's just inconvenient. You have to leave a message and make an appointment. Sometimes it's 3 or 4 days before they call you back.
It was great . Will till every one.
I called Miracle Ear to schedule a hearing screening for my dad a day or two after Christmas. I didnt realize that by calling what was listed as a local number that I would get an agent in another town who knows nothing about what's going on at the local office. She made the appointment. Cool deal. All set. At least we think we are. Later we got a call from the local office saying they did not have an audiologist in the day the appointment was scheduled for. Ugh. Had to reschedule. On Dec. 31. We get a reminder call from the agent to tell us they had a cancellation and could see my dad an hour earlier than originally scheduled. Okay that good. An hour later we get a call from the local office saying the appointment we had for Jan.2 would have to be rescheduled because the audiologist has the flu. I expressed my discouragement about the lack of communication between local office and agent. The local office secretary was very apologetic and assured me should would take care of the issue. Dad is now scheduled for Jan. 7 and we are hoping there isnt any more issues. Its been a rat race. I wish we had chosen some place else for his hearing evaluation.
