The Front desk lady and the consultant were both very professional, accommodating and helpful. They explained everything step by step and helped my understand all my options. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I don't know why they give batteries for birthday gifts, and for wining their puzzles in the newsletter. They sold me on a pair of hearing aids that doesn't use batteries. Hmmm, I think there should be an alternate prize for those of us who mortgaged our house for hearing aids.
Very knowledgeable staff. Brittany is the owner and she is a wealth of information and very accommodating. She takes good care of my dad and his hearing aids.
Normally, when I go to a business that sells a product, I expect that the service will be professional and the product will be fine quality ... so I don't feel there is any reason for me to write a review saying the service was professional and the product is fine quality. However, when the service is ULTRA-professional and when the product is SUPERB quality, I feel I should pass on the news to others who are looking for ultra-professional service and a superb product. So, I am writing this review to pass on the news. If you are seeking a person who can help you improve your hearing (like I was), I urge you to stop in at the Miracle Ear Hearing Aid Center on Prater Way in Sparks and talk with Brittany. My hearing became impaired while I was serving in the USAF. During my 20 year military career, I was subjected to a wide variety of loud noises ranging from gunfire to jet engines and wailing sirens. As a result, I ended up with permanent ringing in both ears and a significant hearing loss in my right ear. A few years ago, I tried hearing aids. They were terrible. Not only did they show quite obviously when I was wearing them, but they created a tinny and scratchy echoing noise. I returned them for my money back, and I swore I'd never be involved with wearing any hearing aid again. Recently, my better half informed me that it was becoming a constant irritant to her that I could not understand what she was saying when she spoke to me. She also said that whenever I would talk to anyone, I was yelling. And also, I was turning up the TV so loudly that it was uncomfortable for anyone else who was watching. So I relented, looked for ads about hearing aids, and made an appointment with Brittany. It is the best thing I could have done. I've had my Miracle Ear hearing aids now for about 6 weeks. The only regret I have --- I regret waiting so many years to get these. Absolutely fabulous! No more yelling. The TV volume down to normal volume. They are not visible at all in my ears. And best of all, no more nodding and pretending I heard and understood what someone said to me ... because I DO hear them and I DO understand what they have said the first time they say it. These hearing aids weren't cheap. But they sure as blazes ARE worth every dollar. And Brittany doesn't just hand them to you and then push you out the door and wave "Good Luck" to you. She fully supports the product AND she fully supports the people who buy the product. And not only does Brittany stand behind the product; so does the Miracle Ear company. So ... I'm writing this review to pass along the details of my experience. I'm not an employee of Miracle Ear; I'm not being compensated for writing this; and I'm not Brittany's neighbor or relative. What I AM is one extremely satisfied customer. And if you are hard of hearing like I WAS, you can be an extremely satisfied customer too ... like I AM. Very Sincerely, Gary C. Schenauer (Fernley)
Really impressed with their professionalism and personable service. No hard sell and sincerely interested in getting you the right fit. Lynee has provided me with outstanding service. I would recommend this center to anyone in need of a hearing aid.
This place is the best. I never thought I would be able to hear this good. Very professional, and so helpful! I highly recommend going to see Brittany at Miracle Ear.
