Very happy with my experience here. I've had hearing issues for a while now and was trying to figure out what to do since the VA wouldn't help me. I was able to get what I needed from this place and it's helped me a lot. I can finally follow along with conversations again and can enjoy my time with everyone again.
I used to have this as a 5 star. And I will be forever grateful for the initial help with my hearing that started about 7 years ago. But I just don't think they care anymore. Calling customer service gets you basically nowhere. Eventually was told my issue was referred to a regional manager That was about 2 weeks ago. Never got a call. So it goes.
When I visited Miracle-Ear if you’re in Chickasha the first lady I encountered, story I forgot her name, was very professional and knowledgeable, also very friendly. Starla and Kim we’re both very professional and knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. I have since referred to other people to have their hearing checked by Miracle-Ear here in Chickasha. The ladies at this establishment are like friends now. If I would be able to I would give them all a raise and a big thank you as a job well done.
I felt incredibly comfortable in this office. The staff are extremely helpful and incredibly professional. Knowledgeable and able to take care of all my needs
The people here are extremely friendly, they do free hearing tests and the best part is they don't try and sell you there most expensive product, only the one that will benefit you most based on what you need. I would totally recommend.
