I have been well informed by the staff about my hearing loss and the hearing aids have been wonderful so far.

Fixed my problem ASAP. Sierra is delightful! Nathan knows his stuff.

I've been visiting for 3 years now and I absolutely love the duo at this location. they are always friendly. Most importantly they service my hearing aids very well and often with short notice. They have always been available for me.

This place is a joke in a half ..they have big attitude here all they what to do is sale you new ones everytime I came in..or they tell me they can't fixs it bc ther too old ..well I have them for a year..3 times a mo I have to take them in to get them fix the money I spent on them I shouldn't have to do that all the time...I wish the older ppl that was running it would come back...they tell me I have too make appointments just to get them clean an it takes them 5 mins too do it...I hate this place just so you all know ..ill go somewhere else for now on .

After they get your money they can not be found. We have to drive 2+ hours to get there and all they want to do is hand you your merchandise and get you out the door. When calling today the receptionist intentionally hung up on me! Just the kind of place you want to do business with-NOT!!!

Not the kind of place I would like to take my family members. Office staff is friendly, prices are too high and the practices aren't customer friendly.

Kim was very nice and extremely helpful 😅 got our vote to move to this company
