Megan in front office was friendly & helpful. Audiologist conducting hearing test was knowledgeable. Showed pics of large amount of bilateral ear wax blockage was reducing hearing. Brad gave a SLICK sales pitch. Knowing the vulnerability of my elderly parent quoted a “OVER THE TOP” price for new hearing aids. All my parent wanted was to know why 1 hearing aid wasn’t working correctly. After returning home the large plugs of ear wax was removed, hearing aid no longer “singing” & hearing improved. BEWARE - a true hearing test result includes a clear ear canal! Brad has a Credibility problem‼️

Good front office management and appointment scheduler. Great audiologist and informative comprehensive hearing test. More expensive hearing devices here, but up front about it. Interesting sales approach, but I will go elsewhere when I purchase.

They were quite nice to my elderly mom. The doctor was very courteous. Even though she decided to go in a different direction, her visit left a pleasing memory.
