Very Professional and courteous, I return next week for my Hearing Aids and am looking forward to another enjoyable experience. Not to mention the improvement, they assisted me in finding the best Hearing aids for my lifestyle. Barry's Boxing Center!
My husband had an appointment here this morning. I went with him. There is a mask mandate in place and the doctor there was wearing her mask around her chin. I specifically asked her to wear her mask and she said I'm far enough away so you can go outside if you feel uncomfortable. I told her if my husband gets covid-19 from her then I would get it. She refused to put the mask on properly so I went outside. I will not go this location again. They are not enforcing the mask mandate nor adhering to it themselves.
As it growing up I always have different audiology and careless, but Lori Kunicki is an AMAZING audiology. She fits my personally. She knows what she's doing and she takes her time with my hearing aids until I am comfortable the volume and cleaning the ear molds. I highly recommended Lori Kunicki!
Very professional and easily addresses the needs of customers. Lori made my mom feel very comfortable, explained everything thoroughly and with loads of patience. Excellent product now my mom can hear again!!! Highly recommend this location!!
The level of care at Miracle Ear is of the highest level — completely stellar and excellent. There is consistently a high regard for clients/patients! Very, very trustworthy and they treat people with respect, gentle kindness, patience. A shout especially to Lori Kunicki who has helped my dad tremendously and who we love her!!!!
