they keep mailing me junk mail in a different state so beware! i am on the do not mail list, and i did not solicit their service.

I reached out to Miracle Ear in Garden City to get hearing aids. They advertised that they would accept worker’s comp. I was able to schedule the hearing test and everything went fine up to and after the test. The people at the facility were great, but, the staff outside the office including the insurance folks were a disaster! Despite me giving them all of the information they needed to process the “request for authorization (RFA)”to purchase the hearing aids, they never once contacted my workers comp rep despite being given all of the correct contact info. After repeated attempts to work with them to get in touch with my workers compensation rep, I finally reached back out to the audiologist for help. He understood that their new internal insurance folks were having issues so he was going to handle the RFA process himself. My workers comp gal never heard from him. I tried calling the audiologist several times and never received a return phone call. I was tested this last August 31st. I just last week contacted someone at Miracle Ear and told them to cancel due to their ineptitude. I honestly don’t know how this outfit can stay in business if this is representative of their customer service.

It is my favorite place! The employees make ya'll feel welcome when you walk through the door. Just like family! If you come in with a problem not just a scheduled appointment, they make sure to get you in within a couple days and fix it quickly. I know, I was there today and it didn't take but maybe 15-20 minutes at the most. Miracle Ear is the best!
