Everyone is proactive, positive, and effect. The receptionist and the audio specialist perform excellently in their roles. I am always impressed with how this office functions, and I could hardly be more pleased.

I always receive great service here. Seth & staff are always pleasant & attentive to my device making sure it gets periodic cleaning & have no problems. One time I was away on vacation in another state & thought I had a problem with my charger but after texting Seth, his quick reply offered a simple solution & it worked! How reassuring to know I have responsive help here in Medford & there are Miracle Ear facilities thru-out the USA. Thank you Seth & staff for your professional help & follow-up’s to insure my hearing aids are working at its optimum level.

Beware bate and switch. $995.00 offer bought me into Miracle office. Was given hearing test, and fitted with demo haring aids. They worked Weill and I was ready to buy them. Then I was told the ones I was wearing were the next grade up, for $7,495.00 With my heating loss these were the ones I needed. !! Nothing was ever said about a higher cost I walked out.

Unbelievable experience! We weren’t expecting too much because we have been to another hearing aid center here in town. We were met with positivity, fun, honesty, and hard work! Loren King was the best at being up front and facilitated my moms care with the most respect. Thank you Loren for being a blessing in disguise for my mom and her hearing.

First of all, I rarely every post a review, but because of the #1 service and what I feel as going above and beyond your standard consumer service, I felt I had to with Loren and Linda. I had first shopped around to get as much information on hearing aids as I could before coming to see Loren and Linda, who are the greatest people to work with. They both went out of their way to made me feel very comfortable and were so in tuned with my needs. They made sure me and my fiancé was well taken care of and she would be happy with the results. There explanation of what to expect was right on. Both are very professional and I had a great experience. As far as the product is concerned well worth the money, I most highly recommend them to anyone looking for help. Thanks for everything! Keep up the great work. I CAN HEAR AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

After a few bumps in the road, Loren came through like a champion. He has been very helpful and made sure I liked my hearing aids. I can hear so much better and appreciate all he did for me to make my experience a good one.
