I have tried several times to stop receiving your mailer. I have talked via phone and could tell the receptionist was not too cooperative with my request. Please remove me from you mailing list. It's a waste of paper. If I ever need assistance with my hearing, everyone knows that Costco is the place to go. I don't mean to be so harsh, however, I've asked nicely more than once.
I waited to write this review because I wanted to see just how well the hearing aid my Dad got was. First off I have to say that he loves it! More importantly we were so impressed by the attention to detail and service that was provided to us by Rory. He went above and beyond. As he explained to us "having a love one suffer from hearing loss isn't just a personal issue, it's affects the entire family. Thank you Rory for giving my Dad quality of life again and bringing happiness to us all. We will definitely recommend you to everyone we know.
My father is 100 years old with a lot of experience with hearing aids and the people in that business. Rory and Crystal Conrad provide the best customer service possible!
The new hearing aids are fantastic. There was some delay in getting the custom ear pieces but Rory handled it nicely and very professionally. I definitely recommend this upgrade.
