BEWARE!!! My experience with this company is horrible. Actually, my parent had a May 25, 2022 purchase agreement. May 26, my parent returned to terminate Ally Bank loan agreement and return hearing aids. Today is July 12, 2022 and we are still receiving Ally Bank PAST DUE payments email, mail, and phone calls. Miracle Ear, Cheyenne, WY has not kept regular posted hours, no showed on appointments, and continues to not uphold its 100% satisfaction guarantee. As a customer, you may want to avoid this company. Harrassment, failed customer service, and scare tactics employed by Miracle Ear blaming Ally Bank and vice versa should not be what you hear for $7490.00. Miracle-Ear and Ally Bank have no problem committing you and taking your money, yet both fail miserably servicing the 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
