Joe at Miracle Ear is super knowledgeable about hearing aids...he knows the solution to all problems. He explains the operating and cleaning of the hearing aids in detail. Besides all this he has great a personality....attentive. kind, humorous....so easy to talk to. I take my mother to him. The rechargeable hearing aids are a marvel.
Have to say, I have never been there, but I am really tired of getting "SPAM" snail mail from them. Given I have never had any dealings with them, should not be allowed. My policy is to NEVER deal with people that give me unwanted spam, email OR snail mail.
I hesitated to try hearing aids but I responded to an ad for Miracle Ear and was pleasantly surprised! Given an appointment I was greeted by a pleasant lady receptionist, Sandy. I then was quickly sent to the technician/salesman, Joe Herbert, who gave me a hearing test and then thoroughly described the results to me using graphs showing normal readings contrasted to my readings. We talked about possible solutions to my hearing loss and was shown the latest model of hearing tech. Joe did an outstanding job of helping me understand the benefit of different products and the cost and payment plans. When my hearing aid (I only needed 1) was received Joe did a great job helping me understand how to use and care for it. I recommend the great service and products at Miracle Ear. Great place to go! Everybody is very relaxed and easy to talk with and get along with. I will recommend this Miracle Ear location to anyone in the N. Idaho/Spokane area!.
I love this place!! It's like walking into your nice neighbor's home - they treat you like family and take very good care of all of my Dad's special requests and specific needs. They take time to explain AND listen, which is important when your clients are aging seniors. They bend over backwards to help us and I would be lost without having this store and their personal service close by - going there tonight in fact to pick-up my Dad's hearing aids that they've cleaned for the 3rd time - I would recommend #1 this product and #2 buying it/servicing it from this store!!
