My mother, who is 95 years old with moderate dementia, needed retesting for her hearing aids. They were very patient with her, trying to help her understand what they needed her to do and why. She can be difficult to work with and Kollette (I think that's her name) was a jewel.

Update: at this moment a BIG Error has been made in ordering my hearing aids been waiting since the beginning of December of 2022. As of today they still haven't ordered my first hearing aid and now I can't even afford them through my insurance. This has been a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Amazing staff!!

Update: having the hearing aids for a year now I have had some issues. A few minor things but have had to take them in a couple times because one (the right one) quit working. The first time they sent it in and took about 2 weeks to get it replaced. This last time I took them back in again same issue and it has been 3 weeks and counting. For the price they should lost longer then they have. Changed my rating and will not recommend them to anyone. Look around and shop for the best deal. Great place, the staff is great and knowledgeable. I only gave it 4 stars because of the price but if it helps me hear than I guess it will be worth it.

I took my grandma in for her appointment last week and the lady I believe her name was Lacey was just a amazing lady she greeted us with a smile, the little time we waited in the waiting room she checked in with us to see if we need anything. It was my first time in this place. Amazing service.
