Since I am in an electric wheelchair when I visit their office, Bill and Dale are so accommodating for my needs. Not only that, but Ruby, the official greeter dog, somehow realized it was hard for me to reach her on the floor and jumped up on a chair so that I could give her a well deserved scratching and belly rub. Dale even gave me a few treats to give to her. It is always such a rewarding experience to visit them and have Bill give such good care to my hearing aids, talk with Dale a bit and give and get attention from Ruby. They are truly an excellent choice for your hearing needs.

As a relatively new resident of Lincoln City, but a long-term user of hearing aid products, It was very gratifying to find this store in my home town. Bill Beaver had been very helpful with my (non-Miracle Ear) hearing aids in the past, under no obligation to do so. I recently purchased a new pair from Bill and found his expertise and knowledge to be excellent. And the new products far surpass my expectations!
