If you're going to any of the miracle ear centers I highly recommend dealing with Rory Conrad. That guy really cares about people and goes the extra mile to help you with all your needs!

I brought my grandmother in to get help with her current hearing aids. While we where there not only did Rory take a look at hers but he found her a better pair through them. His kindness and service where above reproach.

My Mum had put off getting hearing aids for some time. When she did decide to take the plunge, we had no idea what a treat it would be for us to be under Clark's care. With a thankful heart, and ever a positive word, our visits were uplifting, and filled with much more than understanding the mechanics of these helpful aids. Clark is intelligible, helpful, and persistent in solving any trouble that may arise. He sincerely takes to heart each interaction, and he cherishes his patients. Knowing each patient's unique and individual circumstance allows him to better tailor the hearing experience for all involved. In a world where much seems to be rushed, Clark sets a precedent for slowing down, taking one's time, and truly building connections. Carson only adds to the encouraging atmosphere, ever ready with a note of gratitude, and helping all feel comfortable and at home. Words may fail to fully express how wonderful an experience Clark and Carson provide! Should you be considering acquiring hearing aids, I would not hesitate to say you simply MUST experience this level of service for yourself!

Carson is always gracious while we wait for our appointment. And Clark does his best to solve my mom's unique situation.

I found that volume was not my problem. Clarity of speech from others seemed to be my problem. I can now hear the words, not just the sound. I am very pleased with my hearing aids from Miracle Ear and Ms. Newman.
