Brought my mom in for the free hearing test. Dorothy was amazing in how she handled us and worked with my mom. She educated us on the fundamentals of hearing and its deficits in relationship to speech understanding and did a masterful job of working with my mom with her present hearing aid setup. She was extremely ethical and helpful.
I’ve been taking my dad to Miracle Ear in Shoreline for several years. They are professional, kind and pleasant always and overall excellent customer service. Appointments are easy to coordinate, plus a reminder call the day before, easy parking, etc. I’ve learned to keep the devices working their best for years to come the hearing aid need a check up every few months; cleaning and re-tuning for the social situations be it one on one conversations or auditoriums like church. I can’t recommend Shoreline miracle ear enough. You won’t be disappointed.

I have found the service provided by Dorothy Sherwood at Miracle Ear to be excellent. She is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to make sure that all of my questions are answered. Joanne at the front desk is always nice, and she always calls with a reminder for appointments. Thanks to both of them, and I would recommend their service to anyone and everyone.
