I called in for my Grandpa and Grandma and I spoke with Connie who was more than helpful to us and made this process for my Grandparents stress free. They had a great experience. We met with Katie who took very good care of them both. Katie shared so much knowledge, and I was glad I was able to be apart of this learning experience with them. My grandparents can finally hear again! Thank you Miracle Ear!!
Katie Herrmann helped my husband in evaluating his hearing loss and recommending the best alternative. Katie is great - she is very professional and meticulous about her work. Her goal is to give her customers the best service and product, and she succeeds. She is very caring about the people she is helping and is genuinely interested in giving her customers the best experience possible. We have recommended this location and Katie in particular to others and will continue to do so. The hearing aids have made a real day-to-day difference for our family - I wish we hadn't waited so long!
I have been a visiting guest at this particular Miracle Ear location several times, and I must say this location is fantastic! The new offices, bathrooms & lobby are so clean and inviting, with complimentary coffee for visitors & patients. Connie at the front desk is very friendly and will make you feel welcome and at ease when you come in for your appointment. Katie is extremely professional; I have witnessed her knowledgeability, trustworthiness, and personal dedication to her work and her patients' satisfaction. Katie & Connie go the extra mile to make your experiences at Miracle Ear excellent every single time!
I had obtained hearing aids from another vendor and could not get them to fight right. The discomfort was so bad that I was ready to throw them away and continue a comfortable life style hearing only the 4th word in a conversation. Then I saw an add for Miracle Ear in The Columbia for a 20% off on a set of hearing aids! My husband urged me to make an appointment with Katie Hermann. I am so glad that I made that appointment. Katie retested my hearing and patiently explained the type of hearing loss I have. Katie then proceeded to show me the hearing aids that would work best for my hearing loss. In 5 working days I had my new hearing aids and Kati then began the process of fitting me. I have strange ear canals that twist & turn, so, fitting me was a challenge. To date, we have done 2 ear molds and regular ear prices. Thanks to Katie, I am wearing my new hearing aids comfortably and more often! She is the best! Katie is very knowledgeable, a great listener who "hears" you!! If you think you need hearing aids, please call for an appointment. The receptionist, Connie is very knowledgeable about Miracle Ear and can answer any & all questions you may have!
Getting older is no fun and I was freaked out about needing hearing aids. I saw Katie Herrmann and immediately liked this knowledgeable young woman. She guided me through the process, even helping with financing, and the process was very easy. Katie is very charismatic and smart and has always met my needs; clearing up any issue I had with the hearing aids. When she moved to manage a Vancouver, Washington store, I followed, even though the drive is more than twice as long as her original location in Happy Valley. Yes my friends, she is THAT good. I look forward to my appointments with her like a visit with a friend. Thank you Katie!! Oh... and Connie at the front desk is fabulous also.
